Where do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world. Please note customs processing times may vary and shipping times may be impacted by COVID-19.

Where do you ship from?

All products are shipped by us from the San Francisco Bay Area.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price.

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.

Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground): 5-10 business days

International Shipping (varies per country):

First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)

Priority International: 10-15 business days (customs processing times vary)

Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes if I live outside the USA?

Most likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Can I ship to multiple locations?

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Can I track my order?

We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive a notification with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. International customers, once your packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but your package is still on its way. If you have any questions about your order, contact us here.

MASKS

What does the mask do?

The mask does a good job keeping your stuff to yourself. The replaceable filter performs much of the detailed work.

Do I need a filter?

Here are the scientific details. The PM 2.5 filter removes particulate matter as small as 2.5 microns. These are particles commonly found in exhaust fumes, emissions from factory work, dust, water vapors, pollen, mold spores, pet allergens and more. The filter has been tested independently and found to remove 98.2% of particulates.

Can the mask be washed?

The mask can be hand washed with soap and hot water. You can machine wash and machine dry your mask, but we suggest hand washing or washing in a delicates bag to get the best result and keep it and you looking good. We recommend you hand wash and lay flat to dry your mask before first use, and then as needed. You probably already know this, but don't wash the filter.

How long can the mask be used for?

Our masks are non-disposable masks and each replaceable filter can be used up to 60 hours. Simply wash your mask as needed in warm soapy water (hand wash is best) and lay flat to dry. Again, remove the filter before washing or you will be disappointed.


How often do I need to change the filter?

It depends on how frequently you use it. We recommend changing the filter every 4-5 days of consistent use (approximately 60 hours). Please note while the combination of our mask and filter is highly efficient in removing particulates, there is no representation of these products being considered medical devices or offering protection against COVID-19 or any other disease. Please follow all CDC guidelines.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your MASK return policy?

We do not accept returns due to the intended use of the masks. 

What is your SHIRT return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Vote With Love purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right.

How do I return or exchange a SHIRT?

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. 

Once your return or exchange is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or your refund will be issued.
